how home schoolers roll

We had a fun science experiment today.  Mentos and diet coke or wait coke or wait root beer!...what more could you ask for?  How about putting them together to see what might happen?
We labeled the garage in feet, bought the necessary equipment, made the proper tools, came up with a hypothesis for each liquid. We did each soda and a whole roll of mentos separately being careful not to apply the candy too quickly.  The experiment went off with a kick!  We all had a great time, and as always...Diet coke won!
